Warranty and Refund
Our custom wood products are guaranteed to meet or exceed your expectations! If we mess up, we take full responsibility. However, products custom made correctly to your specific needs are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please double check your order for correct measurements, quantities, and product matches, prior to placing the order and making payment.
Cancellation and Changes
Canceling an item or order
We strive to process orders in a timely manner, which means that there is a limited window during which you may cancel your order. To submit a cancellation request, please follow the instructions below:
Email us immediately at uniquecabinetdoors.com with the subject or title “Cancellation” to request your cancellation.
We will respond within 2 business days with an email confirming whether your cancellation request has been approved or denied.
Please note that all cancellations will be confirmed in writing, and if you have not received a confirmation email, your order has not been canceled. Once an order has been assembled and/or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
If Unique Cabinet Doors LLC deems a product has been incorrectly manufactured, has workmanship issues, or, has been damaged in delivery, it will offer a replacement of the exact product ordered to the original purchaser. No changes to the original order or upgrades shall be accepted.
Custom wood products go into production immediately after the order is placed and can not be canceled or changed. In the event we are able to stop the order before it goes into production, we will provide a refund minus credit card fees accessed by the processor.
Damages and Issues
We kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt and promptly contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect item, so that we may assess the situation and resolve it appropriately.
In some cases, we may ask you to provide pictures to fulfill replacement requests. These pictures are typically requested to confirm the extent of damages and assist the manufacturer in determining whether replacement parts or a full unit replacement is necessary.
For replacements/exchanges:
We require that all items be kept in their original packaging.
If a replacement request is approved, the original item will become the property of Unique Cabinet Doors LLC. The customer will be responsible for either returning the original item or allowing Unique Cabinet Doors LLC to pick it up. If a pickup is required, the customer may be subject to a transportation fee. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package if necessary, and it’s important to note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please be aware that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
The cost of shipping/delivery for the replacement item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Policy
Unique Cabinet Doors LLC offers a warranty to the original consumer who purchases our cabinets, door hinges, and drawer glides, ensuring that these products are free from any material and workmanship defects under normal use and service for lifetime period. This warranty is only applicable to products used for residential purposes and is not transferable. To be eligible for this warranty, the customer must provide proof of purchase. It’s important to note that representatives Unique Cabinet Doors LLC do not have the authority to change or extend this warranty.
To clarify, the warranty provided by Unique Cabinet Doors LLC does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear of the product due to regular use over time.
Damage or defects caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, lack of necessary maintenance or acts of God (natural disasters or events beyond human control).
Alteration or modification of the product.
Improper installation or handling of the product.
Environmental conditions that affect the product’s condition or performance.
Labor expenses incurred for repairing or replacing the product.
It’s important to note that any such damages or issues arising from the above-mentioned situations will not be covered under the warranty provided by UNique Cabinet Doors LLC.
Under this warranty, Unique Cabinet Doors LLC reserves the right to inspect the alleged defect prior to honoring any claims. To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must contact Unqiue Cabinet Doors LLC at Uniquecabinetdoors@gmail.com and provide proof of purchase. The original purchaser must also cooperate with Unique Cabinet Doors LLC
reasonable requests for information and assistance.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy provided by Unique Cabinet Doors, and Unique Cabinet Doors LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, whether based on breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
The unique color and grain pattern in wood are valued for their natural beauty and should not be considered a defect. However, factors such as exposure to natural or artificial light, moisture, cleaning agents, smoke, and other environmental conditions can cause cabinets to darken or mellow over time. This is a normal occurrence and should be expected. Please note that this warranty does not cover the natural aging, darkening, or mellowing of wood or paint color, nor the inherent growth characteristics or variation in the wood.
Wood naturally expands and contracts based on climate conditions, which may cause fractures in the paint at joints of painted cabinet surfaces. Such fractures are normal and are not considered a defect.
This warranty applies only in the United States of America and is non-transferable. All implied warranties are limited in duration to the shorter of the period provided by law or the duration of this warranty. This warranty excludes special, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state. To request service under this warranty, please contact Unique Cabinet Doors LLC in writing at Uniquecabinetdoors@gmail.com and provide documentation of proof of purchase and details of the defects claimed.
